TRUST BY DESIGN

Clarity comes first.

SeekerDen is in Phase 1. No live providers, verified credentials, bookings, payouts, or payments are represented by this preview.

Seeker identity verification

Every Seeker must complete government-issued ID verification during registration before Seeker access is activated. A verified email alone is insufficient. Checks will take place through an external verification partner; SeekerDen retains only minimum result/reference metadata, not ID images, document numbers or biometric material. Missing, pending, failed, expired or review-required checks do not grant Seeker access. The integration is not active in this preview.

Verification and privacy

Provider registration is free. Verification will use external providers; uploaded identity documents will not be retained. Verification is distinct from sponsorship. Public profile responses exclude personal emails, phone numbers, legal names, and verification references.

Planned payment policy

Ontario test pricing uses a configurable 5% marketplace fee on the provider’s pre-tax price. Service tax depends on provider tax status. All charges must be disclosed before checkout. Conditional disbursement requires a qualified partner; delayed payout is not escrow.

Completion and disputes

The proposed review period is 24 hours after valid completion notice. Payouts must remain blocked by qualifying disputes or holds. No-show refund eligibility begins 12 hours after the scheduled completion deadline, subject to evidence and documented rules. These workflows are not enabled yet.

Account security

Create an account with a username and a unique password of at least 16 characters. You can add passkeys using your device’s fingerprint, face recognition or PIN; SeekerDen stores public keys and does not receive your biometric data. Email codes and authenticator apps are optional for marketplace accounts. Email codes require a verified email and an activated sending service. Providers may receive one optional security invitation after their settled payouts reach the configured threshold; declining permanently stops that invitation. Provider and administrator routes check database roles on the server. Staff and private Owner access retain required authenticator protection.

Launch requirements

Live payments, independent verification, private communications, privacy retention schedules, and jurisdiction-specific terms require implementation and review in later phases.
